For MASTERS / DECK and ENGINE OFFICERS   

  • Application for Seaman Book
  • Copy  of   license/endorsement issued  according to STCW 95
  • Copy of Passport

  • ARPA (for Masters)
  • GMDSS Course (for Masters)

Training courses according to STCW95 as follows:

  • Advanced Course in Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (Rule A-VI/3)
  • Survival  Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats. (Rule A-VI/2)
  • Medical Care (Rule A-VI/4)
  • Security Awareness Training Course -Designated Security Duties (A-VI/6-2)

ISSUANCE OF Honduras Certificate of Competence (CoC)

The Seafarers department consists of two sections: (Training Section) (Qualification Section)

Its primary purpose is to certify all merchant marine officer who satsfies before this section the qualifications of the courses required by the STCW 78/95 Convention Verification on all previously issued certificates is taking place.In the case of Georgia and North Korea a lot of fraudulent certificates have appeared.
